All terms are agreed upon by both parties before the contract is made. After the contract is formed and completed both parties will sign contract through DocuSign ©. After the contract is signed work on the terms and services will start within one weeks time. 

Partial payment of 25% is due address the contract for services is signed. Only payable by invoice generated by Urban Essentials, LLC. Work on the services stated in the signed contract will not begin until Partial Payment Fee is paid.

You will supply and update (if needed) a phone number and email address to be contacted for updates, reminders, schedule meetings to review product from services agreed upon in signed contract, to bring ideas about the product for services agreed upon in signed contract that we feel that would be the best for you and your company.
